Responsibilities

Use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and promote solutions.
Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
Refer customers to Business Partners for holistic financial solutions.
Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals.
