You will perform teller duties, open new accounts and loan applications, promote financial products, and ensure accurate cash handling with a strong service mindset. This role emphasizes member relationships and sales growth within the branch.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of branch banking experience (platform experience preferred).
• Strong track record of delivering exceptional member service.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Cash handling experience and responsibilities.
• Strong customer service skills; able to multi-task; work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven capability in a relationship-focused sales environment.
• Branch hours – Mon-Thurs: 9am-5pm, Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and retain deep financial relationships with members to meet goals.
• Performs Teller and referral functions, opens new accounts and loan applications.
• Accurately count cash, checks, and package coins and currency.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Promotes, educates, and refers credit union products based on member needs.
• Performs a broad variety of Teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
