Premier America Credit Union in Los Angeles seeks a dynamic Personal Banker to advise members, build and retain financial relationships, and help them achieve their financial goals through attentive service and tailored solutions.

The role blends teller and platform responsibilities, requiring strong communication, cross-selling of products, accurate processing of transactions, and a team-oriented approach to meet branch goals and enhance member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of two (2) years of banking experience.
• Track record of outstanding member service.
• Demonstrated track record of success meeting and/or exceeding established goals.
• Lending experience.
• Strong “People” skills, comfortable multi-tasking, ability to work independently AND as a member of a team, capable in a relationship focused sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and retain deep financial relationships with members to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current members.
• Migrate between teller line and platform seamlessly; work as part of a team to maximize revenue and meet sales/service goals.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services while meeting sales/service standards.
• Perform a full range of senior teller, operational, and account management transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Open deposit accounts, resolve member issues, and update member information as required.
• Assist members with Safe Deposit access/open Safe Deposit boxes where applicable.
