Job summary

Premier America Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Personal Banker III to advise members on financial goals and build lasting relationships. You will establish, develop and retain relationships, cross-sell products, and work across teller and platform to support revenue and service targets.

The role requires excellent communication, two years of banking experience, and a track record of meeting goals. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered with a focus on member service.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of two (2) years of banking experience.
• Track record of outstanding member service.
• Demonstrated track record of success meeting and/or exceeding established goals.
• Lending experience.
• Strong “People” skills, comfortable multi-tasking, ability to work independently AND as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and retain deep financial relationships with members to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate professionally with prospective and current members across a broad range of situations.
• Migrate between teller line and platform to maximize revenue growth and meet sales/service goals.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services while meeting sales goals and service standards.
• Perform a full range of senior teller, operational, and account management transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals are correct.
• Open deposit accounts, resolve member issues, update member information as required.
• Assist members with Safe Deposit access/open Safe Deposit boxes where applicable.
