Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales and cash handling experience, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows based programs.
• Able to complete bank product and sales training courses and certifications.
• Able to be registered as a mortgage loan originator (MLO) in NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Begin with a personal welcome to every customer who visits or calls.
• Engage customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Share knowledge about Tri Counties Bank services, products, and partners.
• Offer appropriate solutions and follow through to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and review results with Branch Manager.
• Ensure transactions are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stay current on Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assist in training team members on product knowledge and skills.
• Support other duties as needed.
