Qualifications

• Two+ years of banking experience and outstanding member service.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Lending experience is preferred and valued.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and retain deep member relationships to meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with members across a broad range of situations.
• Seamlessly migrate between teller line and platform to maximize revenue.
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services while meeting goals.
• Perform senior teller and account management transactions accurately.
• Open deposits, resolve issues, update member information as required.
• Assist with Safe Deposit access and related tasks.
