Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account issues.
• Be a trusted advisor who acts with integrity for each customer.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing with proper cash handling.
• Maintain cash on hand and complete daily teller settlement and transaction proofs.
• Follow risk management practices and loss prevention procedures; stay updated on policies and laws.
