Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in the Philadelphia area to build relationships, open new accounts, and guide customers toward loan options. You will educate clients on products, provide friendly service, and support digital banking adoption during in-person interactions and outbound calls.

The role includes a 4-6 month training program, requires a High School diploma, is full-time with a rotating schedule including Saturdays, and offers base salary, incentives, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.
• One year of previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Assist Customers with teller transactions and account maintenance requests.
• Educate customers on digital banking services and features.
• Build relationships with customers through outbound calling and in-person interactions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
