Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Associate in Nashua, NH who will help customers with everyday banking needs, build relationships, and provide trusted financial guidance. You’ll learn digital and mobile banking, schedule checkups, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to tailor solutions.

The role involves outbound calls to acquire new customers, working branch hours (including weekends/evenings), and following all banking policies and SAFE Act

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues; collaboration with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment screening.
• Video interview assessment after applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted financial advice and helpful service to customers.
• Assist customers with banking solutions supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking options and handle routine transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
