Job summary

Norway Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Personal Banker at our Norway branch to grow relationships, listen to customers, and connect them with banking solutions that fit their lives. You will be a trusted in-branch and community presence.

The role involves handling transactions, supporting daily operations, and proactively promoting consumer lending and other bank products with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking experience with consumer lending
• High school diploma required; higher education or certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, decisive, and customer-focused
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to build and expand customer relationships

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers; advise on financial solutions
• Promote a full range of banking services including lending
• Support daily branch operations and handle transactions
• Resolve customer needs with professionalism and warmth
• Engage with the community as a visible branch presence
