Kight Home Center in Clarksville, TN seeks an Outside Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with local contractors, builders, and remodelers. You will sell our full line of building materials and installed services, manage each project after sale, and drive commissions with strong communication and follow-through.

The role emphasizes visiting job sites, collecting customer insights, and leveraging proven sales strategies to grow revenue for a multi-brand building materials

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within building materials.
• Ability to create estimates/quotes and place special orders.
• Experience opening new accounts monthly or quarterly.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform material take-offs.
• Proven ability to work independently with strong planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Find and close sales of the full line of building materials and installed services with local contractors, builders, and remodelers.
• Manage each sold job and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
• Visit job sites as needed and maintain schedules.
• Gather and update customer product use data and trends.
