Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group in Fort Collins, CO seeks Insurance Sales Agents to drive new business, retain members, and grow the insurance book. You will use consultative sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer-focused service to assess needs, recommend coverage, close sales, and build lasting relationships with members and prospects.

You'll work in-office, Monday–Friday, with a rotating Saturday once a month. A ramp-up incentive of $2,500 supports transition as you develop your pipeline.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Property & Casualty license and Life license are required.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Use sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer needs and generate new sales.
• Overcome objections to close sales and renew insureds.
• Meet or exceed targets defined by the insurance sales plan.
• Conduct insurance reviews to recommend appropriate products and coverage.
• Solicit new business and expand networks by engaging with customers in-person.
