Responsibilities

• Establishes and develops relationships with real estate agents to generate referrals.
• Completes loan applications and acts as liaison between customer and Home Loan Division.
• Pre-qualifies self-employed borrowers and analyzes financial records and tax returns.
• Maintains loan file from application to closing and coordinates with processors.
• Cross-sells WTB products to loan customers and meets production goals.
