Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mortgage loan officer is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work additional hours as required by operational workloads.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and develops relationships with real estate agents.
• Completes loan applications and acts as liaison between customers and HLD.
• Maintains responsibility for the loan file from application through closing.
