WSECU is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer - External in Federal Way, WA. This position focuses on growing the residential lending presence by building referral networks and guiding members through home financing. Responsibilities include originating loans, achieving production goals, delivering excellent member service, and managing the loan lifecycle. Candidates should have at least three years of mortgage origination experience and preferably a college degree. Competitive pay of $20.19 hourly + commission and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of demonstrated mortgage loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA requirements.
• Ability to develop marketing plans and participate in campaigns.
