Job summary

Evergreen Home Loans is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to acquire and retain clients, build relationships with realtors and clients, and guide borrowers from application through closing. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and a client-focused approach.

Based in Wyoming, the position requires an MLO license, five-plus years of experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, commission-based environment with potential for bonuses and mortgage loan benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the NMLS.
• 5+ years of loan origination experience.
• Strong communication with borrowers, realtors, and builders.
• Ability to lead meetings and training sessions with realtors.

Responsibilities

• Soure prospective new clients and self-source leads via agents, builders, and partners.
• Interview customers, take loan applications, and pre-qualify borrowers.
• Discuss loan programs, provide comparisons, and educate borrowers.
• Support loan transactions from application to closing and coordinate with staff.
• Develop marketing materials and participate in builder/realtor functions.
