Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, or related field and ability to meet performance goals.
• Must be available until 6pm on some weekdays and Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and valid insurance.
• Candidates may be subject to background checks per OCC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Generate new loan production and related products through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Engage in networking, community events, trade shows, and Chamber of Commerce activities to grow business.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and support sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
