Responsibilities

• Interview loan applicants and assess credit worthiness.
• Negotiate loan terms including costs, repayment method and collateral.
• Approve loans up to Lending Authority.
• Monitor repayment and collect past-due accounts.
• Develop new business and cross-sell bank services.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Open deposit accounts and assist with related services.
• Provide service quickly, accurately, and confidentially.
• Participate in community affairs to boost visibility.
• Serve as contact for non-borrowing accounts and loan customers.
