Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Analytical math and problem solving.

Proficiency with PC software (Word, Excel).
Experience in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

Be an ambassador to the bank, matching products and services to customer needs and prospect for new customers.
Serve as primary contact for loan and deposit products, rates, procedures, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge of bank loan products and services including real estate, construction and development, working capital lines, equipment, and vehicle.
Interview loan applicants and request information for credit decisions.
Conduct credit analysis to support loan approvals within lending authority.
Compile loan packages and facilitate negotiations of loan structure including fees and repayment options.
Identify product improvements by communicating client needs and participating in development of new services.
