RestorationHQ, a Phoenix-based commercial restoration company, is seeking an energetic Biz Dev/Account Manager who will own a vertical of commercial clients and become the trusted go-to contact. You will build a network of property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers while partnering with our operations team to ensure seamless service and rapid responses.

This role emphasizes relationship development over cold calling, with compensation that rewards long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships in a service-driven industry.
• Proven ability to grow a client base and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication and networking skills across CRE, facilities, property management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own a vertical of commercial clients and become the go-to relationship in that space.
• Build a network of property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure clients receive timely updates and service.
• Maintain the 24/7 emergency line presence and ensure clients know how to reach us when needed.
