Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years outside sales experience; restoration/construction industry preferred.
• Existing industry contacts are a plus.
• Ability to attend networking events 2–4 evenings per week.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience inputting and tracking sales data in a CRM.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Team mentoring mindset and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and expand existing business relationships to increase lead generation and sales revenue.
• Locate, present to, and sell ERX restoration and construction services to new and prospective clients.
• Maintain membership and involvement in targeted associations and achieve significant committee and/or leadership positions.
• Support all ERX Sales efforts by following up on leads and pending estimates.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and ERX MSA program.
• Achieve 100 commercial contacts per week with clients and prospects via meetings, events, phone, social media, email, etc.
