As part of our Consumer & Community Banking team, you’ll greet clients, open accounts, educate on digital tools, and collaborate with branch colleagues to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment with attentive service and lobby management.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in line with policies.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions using Chase mobile/app and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Support branch operations, including cash devices, while following policies.
