Job summary

TD Bronx location seeks a part-time Teller to provide friendly, accurate everyday banking services and to educate clients on products and digital options. You will greet clients, process transactions, and identify opportunities to support financial goals while upholding TD's risk standards.

Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Prior teller or cash-handling experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of client-facing experience.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, directing them to services and referrals as needed.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on banking products, self-serve options and digital capabilities.
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate partners to help achieve financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with risk and AML guidelines in all client interactions.
