Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to accuracy, organization, and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering high-touch service.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve options, recommending suitable solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and suggest client solutions.
• Perform a broad range of client transactions within established limits and escalate non-standard issues as needed.
