Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and referrals.
• Deliver everyday banking transactions, educate clients on products and digital tools, and deepen relationships.
• Act as hospitality ambassador for the branch, guiding client flow and delivering high-touch service.
• Identify client needs and initiate referrals to specialists while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain data integrity and follow AML and regulatory requirements.
