Job summary

Truist is hiring for a teller-related position in Florida. The role centers on delivering exceptional client service, handling standard and complex transactions, and guiding customers to digital banking tools.

The successful candidate will build relationships, assist with new accounts as needed, and participate in ongoing training. A high school diploma and prior experience in banking or customer service are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and shift needs.
• Weekend and extended hours availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and transactional assistance.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach, offers checking for client needs and referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
