The Springs Living at the Waterfront in Vancouver, WA is seeking compassionate CNAs and HCAs to build lasting relationships with residents and support their well-being on a daily basis.

Job Description

The Springs Living is seeking compassionate CNAs and HCAs who want to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents. Your role is pivotal to the well-being of our residents, helping to ensure their needs are met each day.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with their daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and personal grooming.
• Assist with residents’ laundry (washing, folding, and putting away).
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences.
• Answer paging requests and call lights.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate required.
• Love for seniors.
• Able to pass background screening and drug test.

Job Type

Part-time positions available.

Salary

Hourly wage range of $18.50 – $22.00 depending on experience.
