Welcome to the next generation in senior living, The Springs Living. At The Springs Living, our purpose is to change the way people think, feel, and experience senior living. We believe senior housing should feel welcoming, vibrant, and full of life for residents, families, and team members alike. That purpose shapes everything we do, including how we connect with prospective residents and support families through important life transitions. We are seeking a warm, motivated Director of Community Relations to lead sales, marketing, and community outreach at The Springs at Tanasbourne. Our community offers 230 apartment homes across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, helping older adults and families find the lifestyle, services, and support that fit their needs. In this role, you will partner closely with the Executive Director and lead two Community Relations team members. You will guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process while overseeing outreach, events, and relationship-based sales that support occupancy and move-in goals.
The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, compassionate, and confident communicating with a wide variety of people. You enjoy building connections, creating memorable experiences, and helping older adults and families navigate important decisions with empathy and professionalism.
This position involves frequent standing and walking throughout the community, including extended periods of up to five hours; lifting up to 50 pounds; and pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and reaching. At The Springs Living, we believe work should be meaningful, and relationships should come first. We are committed to creating communities where residents thrive, families feel supported, and team members are valued for the difference they make every day. If you enjoy connecting with people, leading a team, and helping older adults and families find the right next chapter, we’d love to hear from you.
