Job summary

Responsibilities

Process checks, cash and the sale of negotiable instrument transactions adhering to current policies.
Ensure branch adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, and security controls.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Balance cash drawer daily.
Follow management direction to resolve objections and protect customer relationships.
Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct and safety procedures.
May be assigned vault responsibilities.
