Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a customer service professional at our Lake Deaton, FL branch to help customers achieve their financial goals by building lasting relationships.

You will handle cash, process transactions, and promote deposit and lending products while following bank policies and AML/BSA rules.

This role requires a high school diploma, cash handling experience, and strong communication; flexibility to work weekends and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: prepare for customer interactions and match needs to Seacoast Bank products.
• Operations: process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions per policy; support AML/BSA requirements.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely, professional manner to preserve relationships.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy; adhere to Code of Conduct and safety procedures.
• Support training post-hire and participate in branch activities as needed.
