Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience required.
• Strong member service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on accounts, consumer loans, auto loans, and mortgage loans.
• Open new member service accounts and resolve questions while cross-selling.
• Follow onboarding procedures with new members.
• Stay informed on credit union promotions and new products.
• Conduct member service interactions per Managing Service Excellence standards.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and security procedures.
• Provide product knowledge and compare with competition.
• Stay compliant with federal regulations.
• Collaborate with coworkers and maintain a neat work area.
• Maintain confidentiality in all employee, member, and credit union affairs.
• Operate and balance a cash drawer.
• Assist Member Service Representative/Teller to offer prompt service.
