Responsibilities

• Provide information concerning services to members related to accounts, loans, and mortgages.
• Open new member service accounts and resolve questions while seeking cross-sell opportunities.
• Follow onboarding procedures with new members.
• Stay informed on credit union promotions and new products.
• Conduct member service interactions per the Managing Service Excellence program.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and security procedures.
• Provide product knowledge and compare with competitors.
• Keep abreast of federal regulations and stay compliant.
• Cooperate with coworkers and maintain a neat work area.
• Operate a cash drawer and balance it.
• Assist Member Service Representative/Teller to offer prompt service.
