Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and goal-based environment experience.
• 1+ year of banking and/or consumer lending experience.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Completion of required compliance and First Mid training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, cashier's checks).
• Open personal and commercial accounts and related products.
• Process loan applications and approve within authorized limits.
• Maintain cash drawer and perform daily balancing.
• Support bank promotions and community events as needed.
