• Proven sales and relationship-building skills with ability to identify needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Strong client service and communication skills focused on delivering exceptional client experience.
• Ability to achieve sales, referral, and retention goals in a results-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems and digital banking platforms; MS Office 365 including Copilot and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen client relationships through promotion of bank products via calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by resolving issues promptly and providing personalized service.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and client retention goals through relationship management.
• Identify client financial needs and offer tailored deposit, digital, lending, and card solutions.
• Educate clients on digital tools and self-service channels to increase adoption.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referral opportunities and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Open and service accounts, process transactions, and ensure documentation and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
