Academy Bank in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a Personal Banker to build trusted client relationships and promote tailored banking solutions. You will open accounts, answer questions, and guide clients through digital tools, while delivering personalized service across branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of banking or relevant sales experience.
• Prior NMLS licensing required and ability to obtain a state notary license.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen client relationships through banking products and outreach.
• Provide fast, easy, personalized service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral and client retention goals.
• Offer tailored deposit, digital banking, cards, and lending solutions.
• Educate clients on digital tools and self-service channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referral opportunities.
• Open and service accounts and ensure documentation complies with procedures.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, OFAC, audits, and security policies.
• Complete required training and stay updated on products and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
