Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking or relevant sales experience required.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Ability to achieve sales, referral, and retention goals in a results-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Copilot and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen existing client relationships through ethical promotion of bank products via cold calls and outbound meetings.
• Deliver fast, easy, and personalized service, resolving issues promptly and building lasting client relationships.
• Drive group presentations of consumer and small business banking products and services.
• Meet sales, referral, and retention goals in a performance-driven environment.
