Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts, close accounts, initiate wires, handle routine inquiries.
• Educate customers on products and digital tools; guide and refer as needed.
• Ensure accurate teller and platform transactions and balance cash drawers.
• Support branch operations and assist with training or mentoring as needed.
