Qualifications

• 2+ years banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Peoples Bank and Trust products and services.
• Attention to detail with ability to assess customer needs and make recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers per Benchmark Service Standards.
• Foster relationships to increase customer commitment.
• Recommend banking products based on customer needs.
• Respond to requests with clear guidance to resolve issues.
• Open and maintain personal, business, trust, and estate accounts.
• Support Frontline Manager and participate in growth strategy.
