First Southern National Bank is seeking a Teller/CSR to serve as the bank’s primary face-to-face representative, focusing on developing relationships, selling products, delivering superior customer service, and meeting performance goals.

The role requires cash handling and strong interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and basic math aptitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Virginia location.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service teller transaction processing in ordinance with company policy and standards.
• Open new deposit accounts and grow existing relationships as directed.
• Routinely listen to needs while talking with customers. Immediately offer appropriate First Southern products and services to meet those needs.
• Know the bank’s loan, deposit, and other product/service offerings and explain them to current and potential customers effectively.
• Provide timely, helpful, and accurate responses to customer requests and complaints.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports as needed.
• Comply with all laws and banking regulations, as applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
