JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Canonsburg is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will welcome clients, deliver friendly service, and apply banking solutions to address financial needs.

You will speak clearly, resolve issues with attention to detail, and work weekends/evenings as required. You’ll educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM services, and collaborate with specialists to help with more complex financial needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
Experience in sales or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust.
Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone.
Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
