Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Relationship Banking Representative in Champlain, NY to deliver a welcoming, customer-focused banking experience across teller and desk duties.

You will listen to customer needs, educate on products and digital tools, open and manage accounts, and coordinate with partners to resolve issues while meeting security and compliance standards. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Banking product knowledge and teller training preferred.
• Willingness to attend a 5–7 day initial training; travel expenses covered.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in lobby and teller areas.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital tools; guide accounts and services.
• Open, manage, and close accounts; initiate transfers; handle routine inquiries.
• Resolve issues with balance discrepancies or card fraud; coordinate with partners for resolution.
• Promote digital banking adoption and assist with appointments and referrals.
• Support branch operations and participate in team meetings and training.
