Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a front-line associate to deliver timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service while educating customers on digital banking options. The role emphasizes relationship-building and adherence to bank policies to protect client interests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment, and travel as needed for staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours and possible travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
