Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to welcome clients, acquire, manage, and retain meaningful relationships using the latest banking technology. You will tailor financial solutions to meet client needs and contribute to branch success.

Responsibilities include proactive client meetings, clear consultative communication, and educating clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM solutions. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Must meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
