Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or related services.

• Detail-oriented with ability to meet compliance requirements.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first, deliver attentive service, and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
