Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging modern banking technology to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding financial needs, educating on Chase Mobile App, and collaborating with a team of experts to address complex financial needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk tolerances and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required within 180 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address clients' needs, using technology solutions as appropriate.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
