Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. in Missoula, MT is seeking a Relationship Banker to be the primary contact for customers in the branch and to support growth through new accounts and referrals. You will handle cash transactions and work to deepen relationships by recommending suitable banking products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months related experience in customer service, sales, and/or banking.
• Placement to Relationship Banker II or III depends on experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer financial transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
• Open and close client accounts and answer questions about bank products.
• Provide exceptional customer service following the bank's Welcome tenets.
• Engage with corporate growth strategies, initiatives, and partners.
• Work at any of 5 Missoula branch locations and adhere to schedule.
