Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Minimum 6 months related experience in customer service, sales, and/or banking.
• Ability to learn bank products and procedures and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Open and close client accounts and answer questions about bank products.
• Provide exceptional customer service adhering to company values.
• Engage with growth initiatives and partner with teams to meet goals.
• Support CRA activities through community-focused outreach.
