Qualifications

• Two years of customer service and/or banking normally required.
• Willingness to attend 5–7 day initial training with travel reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional customer experience in every interaction.
• Open new accounts, process transactions, and guide customers on services and digital tools.
• Educate customers on features, benefits, and best practices.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy per policies.
• Assist with complex inquiries by coordinating with internal teams.
• Travel to nearby branches for staffing or training as needed.
