The role involves educating customers on digital tools and guiding them through in-branch journeys. The position emphasizes needs-based conversations, proactive follow-ups, and collaboration with branch partners to refer complex financial needs to specialists while maintaining compliance and security

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Ability to travel for training and coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional customer experience in the lobby.
• Open new accounts, handle routine inquiries, and process transactions.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and features.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Support branch goals with needs-based conversations and relationship-building.
