Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments while minimizing errors.
• Open and maintain consumer accounts, ensuring accuracy and onboarding experience.
• Engage customers to identify financial needs and recommend products/services.
• Participate in referral programs and achieve goals.
• Maintain cash drawer and adhere to procedures.
• Provide customer service in person and by phone with professionalism.
• Stay informed on bank products, services, and regulations.
